Let’s make memories tangible.
Our process for creating a custom work:
- Submit a request for custom design services.
- The artist will contact you for a conversation about the work and the story behind it.
- Three (3) design concepts will be sent to you for consideration. We will make modifications to find the right design.*
- A final design quote will be sent when the design is chosen with details about the turnaround timeframe, cost and copy of the approved artwork. This needs to be approved to move forward.
- Once the piece is in process, 2-3 watermarked photos showing the construction will be taken and sent to the client to include them in the artistic process.
- A final 7-10 second video will be sent for approval of the final work and shipped once final payment and approval are received.
If you don’t see a design that works for your story, you should feel no obligation to create one; we don’t want you to purchase something you don’t love all the way through the process.
The designs we created for you, however, are owned by Gray Hat Creations and cannot be sent to another person or company to be constructed.
*Gray Hat Creations reserves the right to determine what “reasonable” modifications mean. Excessive changes to the design may result in the termination of the project by the artist.
